At the age of 14, I stood in the kitchen to do what I love: COOKING
After graduating at the Culinary Institute in Bruges and the Pastry-Chocolate Institute in Antwerp,
I spent a few years to work and to learn under some great Belgian chefs.
When I reached the age of 26, I felt the need to discover the world and I left for the US, Palm beach up to Washington DC and finally landed in the luxury world of the Yachts and Jet Set in Miami and Fort Lauderdale where I became a chef for the high society.
During more than 15 years I was traveling around the globe and served among the richest people on this planet on their private yachts or estates.
I have worked and had a great time with them;
Paul Allen, Bernard Arnaud, Mayor of Moscow, Ambassador of the United Nations, Giorgio Armani, Sylvester Stallone, Peter Gabriel and many more.
I lived and worked all over the world including Japan. That's the reason why my cuisine includes a wide variety of international tastes such as Asian, Latin and Mediterranean food, but the Russian & Georgian food are also among my specialties.
Today, my long journey has stopped here in Switzerland where I am established in the Lake Geneva region.
My passion today is to bring my international taste & fresh healthy cuisine to your home, offices or any other venues of your choice.
